Fakarava's immense lagoon has several black pearl farms and if you are staying at White Sand Beach Resort, we are happy to organize a visit to a working pearl farm for you. Just talk to our friendly staff at reception and they will be happy to help you with your request.
During your visit, you will learn all about the fascinating but extremely time consuming cultivation process of the precious Tahitian black pearl – often referred to as “a girls’ second best friend.” And if you like, you can make that exceptional and unique purchase.
