Terms and conditions & registration for use of the White Sand Beach Resort image library
White Sand Beach Resort welcomes individuals, trade & media to download and publish our high-resolution images with the following conditions:
The images are intended for use in brochures, posters, editorial publications and tourism related websites intended to promote French Polynesia, Bora Bora and/or Fakarava as a destination. Permission must be gained from White Sand Beach Resort before utilizing any of the images in any other medium. The images may not be used for commercial gain without permission from White Sand Beach Resort i.e. postcards, calendars, souvenirs, or for the advertising of other products or services. On selling of the images is prohibited. Images used must be credited to White Sand Beach Resort, or otherwise specified. The images may not be altered or manipulated in any way. Breach of these conditions may result in prosecution under the Copyright Act 1994.
